This era was just the epitome of badass.
So I’m listening to Blunderbuss for like the third or fourth time now.
And I think I like it. I don’t quite love it.
At first I really disliked it, because it’s 100% not at all what I was expecting. But it’s beginning to really grow on me, especially now that I’ve listening to all the songs, and now I’m just laying here listening with good headphones really LISTENING to the music and breaking down all the parts and everything.
You guys, we are so lucky we live in a world that considers Jack White one of the most prominent rock and roll musicians of today. He is such a brilliant musician and we don’t even know the extent of how brilliant he really is.

To those bitching about Jack White’s lack of monogamy-
Polyamory is a sexuality and a lifestyle and it’s legitimate, thousands of people practice it and are perfectly happy, normal, respectable individuals.
It’s none of your fucking businesses who he fucks or when he fucks them or whether or not they’re married or in a relationship or gay or straight or what have you. And to be clear, he never said he was the one fucking around, he said he couldn’t be the one to tell his partner “no”.
This is what I fucking hate about fandom, they focus more on the person than on the actual product, be it music or a television show or a film.
And I don’t mean for this to offend anybody, it just REALLY gets my goat when people (ESPECIALLY ON TUMBLR) are so not open minded about something as stupid as polyamory yet someone can say one genuinely ignorant thing about the LGBTQ community because they’re honestly just not as educated as the rest of us and the entire world jumps on their ass. And maybe it’s just me being pissy because of all things to dislike Jack for, this should be at the bottom of the list.
